We hope you love your purchase! But if for any reason you need to return an item, we would love to accommodate you by offering an online store credit.
We offer online store credit for all returns. Online Store credits are not eligible to be redeemed in our store front locations. All items must be returned to us with the Invoice and Return Form and in original condition they were received. As a courtesy to our local customers we offer exchange only in any of our 4 store locations with the Invoice and Return Form.

Items Eligible for Return:
- Online merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipped date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items must have original tags attached
- Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
- Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
- Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no signs of wear)
- Sale Items that are 50% or more
- Accessories (including, but NOT LIMITED TO: Jewelry, Purses, Sunglasses, Hair Accessories, and Scarves)
- Undergarments, and/or any other item deemed “non-returnable” by The Willow Tree Boutique.

- Damaged Items:If you receive a damaged item, please email email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
- Lost Packages:We recommend ensuring your package when sending it back. The Willow Tree is not liable for items that are lost while in-transit.
- Processing: Once we have received your returned merchandise, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be issued an electronic online store credit gift card.
- Online Store Credit: All returns are processed for an ONLINE STORE CREDIT only via the form of electronic Gift Card. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the price of item and not for any shipping and handling charges. We will email you once the online store credit has been issued.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- As a courtesy to our local customers we offer exchange only in any of our 4 store locations with. All items must be returned to us with the Invoice and Return Form and in original condition they were received
- All items must meet eligible qualifications listed above (See Items Eligible for Return).
- Items returned to store front locations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- An email will be sent once the online store credit has been issued.

As a courtesy to our local customers, we offer the option of an in-store pickup at checkout. This option is available at our Centre AL, Gadsden AL, Jacksonville AL, and Boaz AL locations.
- To utilize this option, simply select the location nearest to you in the shipping section when checking out. MAKE SURE you select the correct location before placing the order.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email, once your package has arrived at the chosen store pickup location.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to the store of your choice. Please plan to pick up your order within 3-5 business days.
- Once you select in store pickup, you cannot request or change your shipment option.
- At the time of your in-store pickup, please have your order confirmation email accessible to show the store associate for proof of purchase.
- Items not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned merchandise.
- FREE SHIPPING on every order over $100
- Same day shipping is offered for orders placed before 2 pm Central Time.
- Orders under $100 are shipped via USPS with a Flat Rate Shipping of $7.95
Order Status: We process orders multiple times throughout the day (Monday -Friday), excluding holidays. For orders placed before 2pm (Central Time) on these days, the order will be shipped the same business day unless there is a problem with your order (shipping address, out of stock item, etc.)
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Willow Tree Boutique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.
The Willow Tree Boutique will ship to any address in the United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included.
