We hope you love your purchase! But if for any reason you need to return an item, we would love to accommodate you by offering an online store credit.
We offer online store credit for all returns. Online Store credits are not eligible to be redeemed in our store front locations. All items must be returned to us with the Invoice and in original condition they were received. Returns are due to the warehouse (address below) within 30 days of shipped date and an online store credit will be issued once processed! Credit will be applied for the price of item and will not include any shipping and handling charges. We will email you once the online store credit has been issued.
- While we strive to provide the absolute best quality and service, should an item arrive to you in damaged condition, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of date of delivery to let us know. Please include a picture of the imperfection or damage and your order number. We will then be in touch about the process to make this right. Once you receive instruction from us, the item must arrive back to our warehouse within 7 days of communication.
Items Eligible for Return:
- Online merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipped date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items must have original tags attached
- Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
- Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
- Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no signs of wear)
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- ITEMS DISCOUNTED 50% OR MORE ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Black Friday Doorbusters are considered FINAL SALE.
- Food Items
- Beauty Products (i.e. brushes, sponges, make up erasers, hair towels etc.)
- Face Masks
- Items that have been exchanged
- Any other item deemed “non-returnable” by The Willow Tree Boutique

- Lost Packages: We recommend ensuring your package when sending it back. The Willow Tree is not liable for items that are lost while in-transit.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: To exchange an item, please note the requested size on the invoice. Should the requested size be available, we will make the swap and send the new size out. If unavailable, we will issue credit to the platform (web/app) the item was purchased. Either way, you will be notified via email.
- FREE SHIPPING on every order over $100 (excluding ALL BOGG BAGS; Boggs ship at a weighted rate that will be calculated at checkout) within the continental United States
- Orders under $100 are shipped with a Flat Rate Shipping of $7.95
- International, Hawaiian and Canadian Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please note: International orders often take a longer time to move through the shipping process once in the hands of the mail carrier. Please allow atleast 30 days for your order to arrive once it has left our warehouse.
- UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Should you need to use a PO Box, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note - The Willow Tree Shipping Team works very hard to process, pack and ship orders same day/next day (excluding holidays and weekends). Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Willow Tree Boutique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.
The Willow Tree Boutique will ship to any address in the United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included and correct.
