Our Story

The Willow Tree began in 1992 when Kim, alongside her mother, set out to create a place where women feel seen, known, and truly cared for.

What started as a small local boutique has grown into something much bigger over the years, but the heart behind it has always stayed the same.

People come first here. 

In 2019, that same experience was brought online so women everywhere could shop with the same level of care, connection, and attention that has always defined The Willow Tree.

Everything is shipped from the in-house warehouse, allowing orders to go out quickly and reliably.

It takes an entire team to create the experience The Willow Tree is known for.

In the warehouse, orders are packed by hand with care and attention to detail, then sent out quickly so they’re on the way as soon as possible.

The customer service team is there for every step of the process, offering help that feels personal, not transactional. From styling advice to order questions, the goal is always to make things easy and supportive.

Live sales are a big part of what makes The Willow Tree feel different. Real women are showing the pieces, talking through fit and styling, and answering questions as they come in.

Behind the scenes, the marketing and photography team creates everything in-house. Every photo, every video, every try-on is done with intention so customers can feel confident in what they’re seeing.

When I opened The Willow Tree in 1992, I never imagined what it would become. I simply wanted to create a place where women felt seen, valued, and confident — and I trusted God with the rest.

This business has always been guided by faith. There have been seasons of growth, seasons of uncertainty, and plenty of moments where prayer was the only next step. One thing I’ve always lived by is this: show up, do your best, and let God do the rest. That belief has carried me through every season and continues to guide how we lead, serve, and care for one another.

Our team pours so much love into this place, but our customers have always been at the center of it all. You’re not just shopping here but you’re part of our family, and that means everything to me!
